Setting the Time Zone in Woopra
Woopra sets the time according to your time zone in relationship to GMT/UTC time.
To set your time zone in Woopra, log in to the Woopra website and go to Members > My Websites > Time Zone. Click on the number to change it.

The number is a postive (without the plus sign) or negative (with a minus sign), the number of your time zone relative to GMT/UTC.
To find out your time zone number, see Time Zone Converter and The World Clock – Time Zone Converter and search for the time zone in your area.
Some areas may be off by an hour due to recent changes in daylight savings time laws, so check your Woopra desktop client to ensure it is tracking the right time and change it accordingly.

But, Lorelle, as you admitted recently in a forum thread (http://www.woopra.com/forums/topic/how-to-change-time-zone ) , there are still bugs with the time zone handling in Woopra 1.1.1.0beta, right?

@ metawops:
Yes, there are a few minor bugs with the time zone, and they should be fixed in the next version. The biggest question facing many is how to set the time zone, which is what this addresses.

Lorelle, please please fix the timezone bug in the App. It really throws all stats in somewhat of a chaos. App is great, but this minor bug is really a dark spot. Thanks!

@ Anonymous:
The developers know about the bug and are working on it. Some say there are other things that are “dark spots” but the development team is attacking each one as fast as they can. As you can expect, we’re not getting much sleep around here.
This is one that caught us off guard, a little slip of the code, which is why this is called beta testing. Expect a fix on this and some other things very soon - along with some new features in the works. Every day, new surprises. Welcome to software development.

I would like to bring to the notice of the Woopra team that it doesn’t allow valid timezones. The timezone where i live is GMT 5.5+, and Woopra only allows integral time zones…
