[...] Real Estate agents and companies are changing how they track visitors through their site, monitoring which properties are of interest and where the interest is coming from. Woopra allows them to create a wide range of Event Notifications to alert them immediate to interest in a specific property or area, and the Live Chat feature lets them talk directly to the visitor and answer any questions they may have. They can respond now, turning visitors into customers. [...]

I have not tried Woopra out but have heard nothing but great things and being that I am in real estate, it is very important to me to know where my visitors are coming from, what they are doing, what pages they are spending more time on and having the ability to use instant messaging as soon as they hit my website would be awesome!

It's great. I have simple website for real estate. Not so many visitors but my visitors are specific on what I can offer. So possibilities to work with one or two visitors by tagging and personal conversations are unique for me.
As example customer enter my web site, I see that he match my criteria of 'potential" so I'm able to start conversation or check his interests on my sites.
Very little bug but it's still beta version.
Thank you to accepting me also.

Whether woopra is blowing it's own horn or not....great job guys! I've been using woopra for a few weeks now and find myself more and more heading to woopra BEFORE the standard Google analytics and getclicky. Thanks for this great tool, and keep up the good work. It seems as though there will always be haters.

Quotes from article:

"Capabilities Pozadzides claims are unique to Woopra include the ability to tag visitors, ..."

"If you have a blog or discussion forums where people log into the site, we are actually tracking real individuals," Pozadzides said. "We are the only ones on the planet who allow you to do that."

These statement are completely false, and you guys know it. Tracking individual visitors, and being able to "tag" them, is par for the course for any analytics service these days. To claim that Woopra is the only service "on the planet" that does such things is damn near the most ridiculous thing I have ever read.

There are a lot of things that make Woopra unique (such as your live map), but these two features are not among them. I can't believe you even said such a thing!
