At the moment Woopra only uses email address and cookies as unique identifiers. You can add usernames to Customer Profiles by using Custom Visitor Data (http://www.woopra.com/docs/tracking/custom-visitor-data/). Email us at support@woopra.com if you’d like more info.

I’m testing Woopra to track forum activity currently and I feel it would be beneficial to use their forum username as a unique identifier. Also, the ability to label users by their username without just using the “Name” field would be nice as well. (Basically, the ability to choose which schema attribute to use as the identifier as opposed to it just being their “Name”).
