Hi Colin,

At the moment Woopra only uses email address and cookies as unique identifiers. You can add usernames to Customer Profiles by using Custom Visitor Data (http://www.woopra.com/docs/tracking/custom-visitor-data/). Email us at support@woopra.com if you'd like more info.

Thanks,
Natalie

This is AWESOME! I'd love a simple script to pull in the users gravatar image.

I just set this up to see the users current plan, monthly plan price, free vs customer, and total revenue they have spent with us.

This is super super powerful.

Great job guys!

Is there anything in development to set up your own unique identifiers beyond email address? I'm testing Woopra to track forum activity currently and I feel it would be beneficial to use their forum username as a unique identifier. Also, the ability to label users by their username without just using the "Name" field would be nice as well. (Basically, the ability to choose which schema attribute to use as the identifier as opposed to it just being their "Name").

Is it possible to combine two properties in a field? For example, we have a FirstName and LastName property, but I'd like to define the Name schema as "FirstName LastName". Thanks!
