Both themes are "clean coded", WP 2.6 compatible and XHTML standards compliant.</p> <p>&gt;&gt;Both sites have "Google Analytics" and "Pmetrics" tracking code installed manually before the "/body" entry and after the "wp_footer();" PHP call in the "footer.php file of each theme. This is the required placement for both tracking codes. The Woopra plugin places the tracking code before these other tracing codes by default. This can't be helped.</p> <p>The problem exists only for the second site listed above in the "Recent visitors" list that's brought up under "Search". The first site has no problems.</p> <p>When bringing up the "Recent visitors" list, the actual ID number assigned to each non-tagged visitor are the problem. The actual(?) recent visitor count for the past 30 days is currently in the 900's and seems to be incrementing but skipping several numbers in between each increment (930, 956, 989, 993,etc). Tagged visitors are properly shown in the results. </p> <p>These "missing" visits all seem to be assigned the same "phantom" ID number and that "same" ID number usually ranges from in the 1000's to the 100'000's. Not only that but this same phantom ID# that is assigned to the majority of visitors changes every time I refresh the list hence calling it a "phantom" number (by hitting the "Search" button). I believe these are the "missing" visits that would fill in the missing ID#'s in the actual visitor count.</p> <p>Here's a test example:</p> <p>Initial phantom ID# and after each refresh: (no new visits to site)</p> <p>#39250<br /> (refresh list)<br /> #41965<br /> (refresh list)<br /> #41974<br /> (refresh list)<br /> #41977<br /> (refresh list)<br /> #41980<br /> (refresh list)<br /> #41986</p> <p>Log out of Woopra client and log back in.</p> <p>List is the same, no new visitors.</p> <p>Phantom number:</p> <p>#18977<br /> (refresh list)<br /> #41990<br /> (refresh list)<br /> #39298<br /> (refresh list)<br /> #18980<br /> (refresh list)<br /> #41999<br /> (refresh list)<br /> #110745</p> <p>As you can see above the number ranges all over the place.</p> <p>Filtering:</p> <p>When attempting to filter the "Recent visitors" list results to one of these phantom ID numbers, there are "0" results displayed.
