For my website I have specified toe exclude the URL Query parameters. Still I see in Analytics - Pages - Popular Pages, a page reported with different query parameters. So the parameters are not excluded.

I also have the same problem with woopra not being case sensitive. I mod rewrite urls and on some occasions use an url friendly version of base64 which uses both upper and lower cases and if one of the cases is wrong it really throws everything off.

Basles.be
Woopra 1.2beta
winXP Pro SP2

Today Woopra starting doing strange things.

I'm having trouble logging in. Once logged in Woopra showed both my sites twice. Then I got logged out again.
After logging in again, I was back to 2 sites, but Woopra logged out again for my second site muziekvod.tv.
After that basles.be lost the connection. etc etc

Sometimes no referrers are showing in the live window.

Visitors don't always appear immediately in the live window. Sometimes they appear after several clicks.

Data showing double in "Live > visitors" and/or "Live > content"

"Dashboard > my referrers" isn't updating. Sometimes the data resets. One referrer showed 3, then when a new visitor visited my site, it went back to 1.

I wanted to take some screenshots, but got logged out again....

Me 2. I get no updates on "Referrers", "Searches", or the "Map" view while on the dashboard. In "Live" the map works fine, but nothing ever shows on the dashboard.

Update: logging off and back on made changes appear on the dashboard, but it still won't work in real-time. Also, log-off/on made me loose my previously defined events, and I had to recreate them :(.

I've added the new SSL aware Woopra code. We have just the one SSL page (a feedback form page) and, while the issue with the secure/non-secure notification in IE has been addressed, I'm still getting the Privacy icon in the status bar showing the red alert. When you double click it, the Restricted sites list appears with sec1.woopra.com listed 4 times and details showing cookies have been blocked.

Today, all of my websites (4) coded with Woopra crashed when customers went to checkout. Checkout either did not display or the customer received a runtime error. The problem was fixed by removing the Woopra code from the footer. Can you tell me if there is a reason for this sudden failure?

On the main dashboard it shows the Page Title & Page Url. Woopra is making the URL all lowercase. Since this is technically not the page the person is on, when I double click it fails. I know its b/c I'm using '=' in the SQL and not 'like' or 'binary' but what is the benefit to Woopra of being coded to make the URL lower. Why not just leave it be to avoid mysql problems?

It also isn't pulling the trailing / from the url. This might not affect the average site owner but those of us using mod rewrites in the htaccess file it makes the url fail.
Thanks,
Eric

When I originally installed Woopra, everything worked just fine. I set up the program in the Dashboard of my Wordpress site to EXCLUDE administrator visits (i.e. my visits.) Worked great for about 8 hours. Suddenly, my visits started showing up.

I went to the footer and found that the Woopra code had disappeared from my template. Added it again. Then I double checked that "Exclude Administrator Visits" was checked in my WP dashboard. It was. I even requested a new API.

I'm still getting all my visits tracked which is throwing off all my statistics.

Hi,

Just got a beta account for my domain 2.nu. When I realized that the account did not work for subdomains of 2.nu (which was what I was planning to monitor), i renamed, under Edit Website Settings: Rename your Website: the website to s3.2.nu, hoping that it would get Woopra to work for that subdomain instead. As that did not seem to change what Woopra monitored, I decided to rename back to 2.nu. This caused a 500 internet server error:

For about a week the "New Referrers" did not change. I know we have many new referrers every day. All of the sudden today, all the old new referrers were gone and 11 new ones showed up. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Thanks
