Woopra.app lists only one page in Dashboard -> My Content and Analytics -> Pages -> Popular pages.

That one page differs from time to time (I suspect it's according to what page the latest visitor on my website was on).

Woopra have never listed several pages (and I would really liked to know how many people have visited the different pages etc.)

I use wordpress plugin 1.3.4
It's the same situation when I access woopra analytics in wordpress administration interface.

When a UK visitor visits the site, their flag appears in 'live', but backwards! The UK flag has a wider and thinner white part on the cross - the thicker part should be facing clockwise.

Imagine the flag as a clock - the white in the top left should be facing towards 12 oclock, not 9 oclock.

I know it's small, but I noticed it ;)

I recently was approved for additional website tracking, and I'm using the 1.2 Mac client. After entering my username and password all I see is the spinning loading icon and nothing happens. This happens from my home and work computers, so I'm sure it's not a firewall issue (it worked before). Any help on this?

Thanks.

Thanks for the Beta invitation. This is SO cool.

I wonder however if Woopra is putting a burden on WP? Someone let me know that he could not access my site and I realized I could not either. Shutting down Woopra allowed me to log on instantly.
Woopra had been logged in for five hours.

You may have seen my earlier posts reporting a successful install on an Intel Mac Mini C2D. I have just installed the 1.1.2 RC2 version on my old PowerMac G5 Tower (2.0ghz) running 10.5.1 with 3gb RAM. Didn't have to do any Java tricks; it installed and started working instantly.

The Mac app does seem a bit quicker to update when I navigate from window to window, even on this older platform.

Hi!

I have some problems with my stats/logfile.

It seems as if my stats from the 4th of april this year until the 17th of june has disappeared.

If I set the date span in Analytics from 5th of april 2008 (date I started using Woopra) up to today Woopra only shows stats for 18th of june up to 8th of july. Every other other day show "0" visitors.

But if I set the date span in Analytics from lets say 20th of may 2008 (date I started using Woopra) up to today Woopra shows 18th of june up to today. Every day before 18th of june show "0" visitors.

So something has happend to the logfile/stats from 5th april up to 17th of june.

I'm running Woopra 1_2 RC2 under Leopard. But I had the same issues before upgrading from 1.1.2.2

Hi,

i normally use a mac. Yesterday i tried the windows version of woopra. I had an old version installed so i got an automatic update. This is the first thing that i haven't seen on the mac version yet.

I've Version 1.1.2.2 Beta running on both machines but they seem to differ in elementary functions and stability:

- Windows Version has the old tab layout including dropdowns to reach other sites that don't fit on the screen. But it doesn't show the Number of active users in the tabs as the mac version does.

- Mac Version has a new Tab Layout including the new colorizing feature and it shows the number of active users in the tab (which is a great feature btw.)

- Windows Version runs nearly perfect. Fast and stable.

- The Mac Version is nearly unusable. Apart from it being slow it completely stops working after a few minutes or some too fast clicks.

Is there anything running wrong on my machine or is it a general problem with the mac version? Do you test your software on macs?

The referrer tab in the analytics section is showing on a very intermittent basis. Possibly once out of every 15-20 startup's of the Woopra native client for OSX. The data seems to be collected it shows the latest referrer's in the Dashboard. There is some data on the website on the overview tab it returns no results outside of that for the referrer section. Is this behavior growing problems or is Woopra not tracking referrer's for me?

I installed Woopra Desktop on my Mac Mini and MacBook but I can't type my username and password.
It is strange because if I press Tab the focus changes from one input box to the other but when I type my username or password nothing appears in the input box.

The same problem is happening in both computers.

Woopra, the service looks great, and I know you blame the folks at Java for not allowing Java 6 to work on machines that haven't been upgraded to Leopard, but please, please, please make this loud and clear before people sign up for the service.

Sure, its free, and sure, its in Beta, but I'm finding a LOT of people interested in the service who have wasted a lot of time trying to get this work only to discover Woopra only works for Mac users who not only have 64 bit Intel machines, but need Leopard.

Sure, we'll still beg you to make a version that works for the rest of us, but in the meantime it will save us from wasting our time.

Thanks!

Hey Y'All,

I was wondering if there is a way to have Automator put in the code into all of my .html files that I post locally to upload. I do not use .Mac. I have tried using TextWrangler but that gets very tedious in editing the ton of .html files that I have.

Thanks a bunch,

Seems we need Java 6 to run the Woopra desktop app and Java 6 is only available for Intel Macs ... is this correct? If so, this is a terrible omission. Is there a workaround or any plans within Woopra to make a desktop app that people running Leopard on Power-PC Macs can use?

HELP!

I want to use Woopra on my OS X Leopard (10.5.3) machine, but i have been having troubles. When i install the Java 1.6 update from apple (i have tried several times) and it installed correctly, but when i go to install woopra, it says i need 1.6 virtual machine, which i have installed. No matter how many times i reinstall java, it doesn't work. I know that i am using the correct version of woopra and java updater.

Please help

Thanks

@Elie: probably it's not the best idea to close threads as continous problems just will open new ones... the download links for the old versions you provided (just those for mac) don't work: http://static.woopra.com/woopra_mac.dmg?ver=1.1.2.1

Hi folks,

I'm having a few issues with the 1.1.2.1 beta:

1) "Average time spent per page" is always showing as just "-"

2) After around 30 minutes use, it starts consuming about 95% CPU

3) It appears to be slowing down the rest of my Internet connections, although I can't really quantify it - it all just seems slower. If I kill the app, everything goes back up to speed again

Running on a 2.4GhZ MacBook Pro with 4Gb RAM.

Cheers,

Mark
