Dynamic sites show data based on the variables passed to the page, not the page itself. Forums like mine for example... almost every page is index.php or viewtopic.php but viewtopic.php is hundreds of different pages on my new forum already.

We have a webapp and when you are in a particular part of the website the url never changes (ex.http://www.domain.com/section/flood). but there are many pages that are called from the same url. we changed all the page titles to reflect the current page, but this did not have the desired result in woopra. it seems that woorpa classifies based on url regardless of page titles. is there anyway show by page title instead of by url? or at least add a subsection by page title?

Hi there!
Since the last downtime for maintanance everything works fine in my account, exept when I klick on the "Search" button. There are no recent visitors. Although there are people visiting my site and they are even tracked by woopra. But as soon as they leave the page woopra seems to "forget" them. Any solution?!
Greetings, André

Ok, this is odd. With my Wordpress 1.3.1 plugin loaded in Wordpress 2.6.1, my site tries to load Javascript from jadyounan.com

I know this because I have NoScript loaded for Firefox and it allows Woopra, and my site, but is denying a script from jadyounan.com. When I deactivate the woopra plugin, the script from jadyounan.com no longer attempts to load. I have searched and there is no reference to jadyounan.com in the source of my page, so all I can figure is the woopra javascript is calling it. Viewing Google's cache of jadyounan.com reveals whoever was running it, did use woopra. Is this activity normal?

My ID and API key in the plugin config match what's in my profile on Woopra.

This is a port not even on the standard lists. Is it going to move from this port at some point. 8611 is a very obscure port to be running it from, but its your software, so I will end my rant there. But most network admins won't just open up a non-standard port, even for a good reason such as running this software.

As the "Connecting..." problem is so common can the Woopra dev team make sure it's clear in every release what port is used, especially when you change it!!

This would stop a lot of people asking the same question.

FYI: If you found this on the search in 1.2 you need to unblock port 8611, it used to be 1863 in some earlier versions.

Suggestion: This problem is so commonly reported can the Woopra dev team make sure it's clear in every release what port is used, especially when you change it!!

Someone else in my office has tried connecting to her Woopra account in the office and it works fine for her. So it has to be something connected to my account. I can get the stats here on the Woopra site when I login to my account, but I can't get the desktop client to work for me anywhere.
