Same here!

I got approved and follow the directions in the email, but they is no button to press to get any code! I am very disturb about the length of time to get approve, only to get excited after the fact "with no ID code" to install. I read numerous post on here about similar problems. Hey, Woopra I do understand that this is a Beta and you may have all of the 50,000 + beta registers users using or pending approval for this software, but providing simple functionality such ID codes and Api codes should be the least of worries with us beta tester. I have become more fustrated registering and withing for approval than I probably would of been beta testing your software.

later!

My bad. I forgot to remove it when I tagged it 1.4.0.1. It should be fixed in 1.4.0.2.

As I read through all the posts in this forum it looks like the developers of woopra do a lot of stuff that breaks code. I see reference after reference to problems. I think I need to find something more stable.

Woopra have removed the requirement for the ID in the code. But, as I found out when I rashly updated my wordpress plugin to the latest version, this breaks the functionality.

It looks like my site is approved but there is no website ID next to my site name. I cannot configure Wordpress properly until I get a site ID. What gives?

I have the opposite - higher traffic site OK, lower traffic totally up the spout over the last few days. I think it comes under the 'Woopra Servers under maintenance: patience please' clause.

Annoying but thats beta.

I monitor three sites with Woopra. Two of the sites with almost no traffic do not have any problems, however my high traffic site is frequently disconnected. Often the app has a hard time connecting to this site on long in, taking several min.

Any ideas?

I've narrowed the issue down, thus creating a work around:

text links to a pdf are tracked, but image/thumbnail links to the same pdf doesn't.

This has solved the issue for me, but it is annoying...

Hi

It seems I am now getting external links tracked, but whatever I try I cannot get downloads to track, which is frustrating as my other (static) site works perfectly in this respect.

It would be a real help to know when pdfs were being viewed...

Hi

One of my sites, which runs the WP plugin (v 1.3.7) won't track external links or downloads, eg PDF.

I had thought it was outdated plugin or that the PDFs were stored on a different domain, so I upgraded and brought the PDFs back onto the main domain, but still no tracking.

The site is http://www.jessicastrust.org.uk if that helps.

Any ideas?

I would like the server side software. So I can install it on a dedicated server. That would be great.
