PC Client

This bug report refers to the Upper Frame where users may toggle between 4 preset statistics; tVtP, tVaV, tPaP, & Live!

Over the last several days I have noticed a change in the behavior of the "Live!" tab.

The tab previously displayed the current number of active visitors on top of a Bar Graph (Visitors over time).

There is also a mini version of this bar graph on the site tab at the top of the window.

Both of these graphs used to display a steady stream of users.
Recently, the "data stream" seems to have become intermittent or interrupted.
I've come to this conclusion because the upper left "mini tab bar graph" has sporadic lines rather than a steady stream and the "Live!" tab of the main upper window no longer displays the bar graph.

Restarting Woopra has no effect.

I have not experienced this behavior on my Mac Client.

I used to have this problem.
Our business is based on the US east coast.
(GMT minus 5 with Daylight Savings time)

I followed the articles' instructions and it did change the time data for NEW traffic, but it was an hour off.
It appears, Woopra servers do not adjust for Daylight Savings Time.
I have settled on GMT minus 4 while we are in summer Daylight Time and my reports match "real" time.
I presume I will have to adjust my time zone when clocks adjust in the fall.

I just followed the solution from this thread: http://www.woopra.com/forums/topic/time-zone-discrepancies

I use EST so what I did was change the time zone to zero, restart Woopra, change the time zone to something else (EST+1), restart Woopra, change the time to EST. It works now. Don't know if it is just temporary or not. It didn't seem to be doing anything until I changed the time zone the second time and restarted.

I have reported this previously, not sure if the issue has been fixed.
My time zone is Eastern Standard Time (-5). It's currently Tuesday -9pm as I write this.
Issue 1: It looks like the online Woopra stats are not updating at all in real time.
Issue 2: The desktop application is tracking Stats in the Next Day: Wednesday.
Has any of the time zone issues been fixed? I have also tried putting in a different time zone & then saving, refreshing & then revert back to the correct time zone. This seems not to have any effect.
