The update did not solve the problem for me either. I updated the plugin in the dashboard. I still get the query returned zero results even with the new plugin. A bit of clarification, I am running wordpress 2.6.2 and woopra plugin version 1.3.6.

folks,

seems to me, that the browser- and plattform-detection does not work correctly. My stats show 1 visitor with plattform »Apple Mobile« (which probably means iPhone) but no entry for Safari (neither mobile or standard version) but only entries for Firefox 2 and 3 and IE 6 and 7. As well: all other plattform entries claim to be Wndows (XP and Vista), where as the whole content and all searches for my site are Mac OS centered.

best regards

What a superb application - I'm now able to understand exactly what my site is being used for and how -- anyway..

My site is kinda busy with 20k uniques a day with a shed load of page views (probably 50k a day page views)

I didn't know this when I setup woopra so I'm pretty sure my site is capped now at 10k page views then it stops being measured in Woopra.

Is there a way to increase this limit.

I've installed the Woopra plugin on my wordpress blog, I have my Woopra ID and API and the plugin seems to work.
But I've got this error message in top of my blog :
"Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: open(/mnt/102/sdb/c/4/nicolinux87/sessions/sess_106fd305038d9ec2005ce0f0fa65af0d, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in /mnt/102/sdb/c/4/nicolinux87/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/woopra/woopra.php on line 16".
I'd like to know if I could get rid of it...

I use the latest versions of Wordpress (2.6.2) and Woopra (1.3.6).

I just thought I'd mention this about the directions for the Wordpress plugin, because I was confused about it at first and maybe other people would be too.

The instructions say:

2. Unzip it and upload woopra.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.

I thought this was odd, but I tried to do what the instructions said and just uploaded the woopra.php file into the plugins directory. But of course what you have to do is upload the entire woopra folder into the directory.

Clearing this up might save some confusion for someone else later.

Thanks for listening.

My two sites that have been approved so far are low volume and have displayed stats via Woopra *very* nicely

I've added a few more low volume sites (and I think that is the key in early beta testing) that I hope to get approved, and don't mind waiting for the approvals... also as part of this beta I've been reviewing forums / blogs and contributing feedback... how else will this product evolve into the promise it appears to have (and currently has!)

Great product. Looking forward to 'official' release.

Cheers

ncfusion on "Problems with Google Chrome and Chat"

The Start Talking is a neat Feature. Also I tried to search the forum first, but the search on the website seems down, maybe because you all are working on it. Anyway When me and a buddy tried testing the chat Feature (I'm in NC and he is in Indiana if that helps), we got the chat working nice in IE 7 and FireFox 3, but Google Chrome would show him the initial text then stop communicating when he clicked it.

I am wondering if it is PopUp related, as I also notice with any browser if the user has a Pop up on, and they click, there is no option to recover from a blocked Pop Up. The popup blocker just ends the communication.

It would be nice if there was a second chance to talk after they realize there is a PopUp Chat.

From my perspective, I cannot tell if they actually ended the chat or if it was a Pop Up?

Has anyone else noticed issues with Google Chrome?

By the way I am new to Woopra, and really like it. I posed in General Discussion before reporting this as a bug. I also tried to search the forum, but like I mentioned the website forum Search is not working for me, so I do not know if you are aware of a Problem with no way to recover if a PopUp blocks a user (no second chance once the PopUp ends the communicatiob), or issues with Google Chrome not working with chat. --Thanks, Joe (ncfusion)
