I just started up my win2k3 server in a virtualbox and with tons of server software running, and woopra running smooth as hell, my cpu usage never maxes over 50% while running at only 800mhz (prev it was 2000mhz and stayed at 80% and higher the whole time), sometimes hitting 10-20%.
