Does anyone have a ballpark estimate of how long approvals are taking?

I signed up on December 4th of '08 and haven't heard anything as yet.

Thanks!

This still seems to be a current bug - it's very annoying as it is a powerful feature that works well in the live view. I'd love to be able to tag people who have contacted me through my contact form as well as through comments, but frequently they have already left the site before I get the chance.

The windows desktop client connects only one of my two sites using Woopra. Would be really nice to know if this is indeed due to maintenance. My wordpress plugin seems to be able to read stats for this site though, so it's a bit weird the desktop client does not pick it up.

I kind of have to agree, I posted in the Time Zone problem thread 4 DAYS ago, and it has been almost 3 weeks since that thread started and there is not ONE PEEP from someone from Woopra. How do you expect to get things working correctly unless you respond to problems people are having?! By the way you treat your beta testers, when it OFFICIALLY becomes available, and costs money, why would I spend it? I can get the same thing (without live content) from Google, for free. You need to be sure to help your user base, not ignore it.

I'm with the 'flawed' crowd. I know we are in the Beta program, but the inconsistency and fact that i've just logged in and it's not bringing up data for the past 6 hours turns me off. Oh, add the time zone problems, server downtime and overall bugginess of the program that crashes on my Mac, and i'm looking for another analytics package.

Seriously Woopra, if you want to KEEP customers, start watching these forums and fix your systems.

Beta software is not just so you can fix all your bugs, it's a public exposure. Do it right and you'lll attract more customers, Do it wrong and you'll loose them and your reputation when you release the program and expect money for it.

I am having the same issues in Minnesota. I just checked and it said it is 10:41 when it is 3:41, 5 hour difference for me. This really stinks, wish this would get resolved! Maybe if someone contacted Cali Lewis and she emailed them or something!!

I've been waiting now for almost a month and had i not read this forum I was thinking maybe something was wrong with the program and was going to delete it.I'm glad I read some of the posts now and i am very sure that it is a great program as i found this listing along with google analytics and it had a pretty good write up.
