Well, after having a good look through the forum it is clear that the Moderators, Developers or whoever is responsible to respond to the posts is not doing so.
If you go to the contact page it says "Direct all technical questions to the forum". But what's the use if they don't respond?
I personally will wait until I see some responses to other peoples posts from the people concerned before I post any questions that only the Woopra Staff can answer.

That is why I posted this as a feature request, because currently you are a feature that is missing!

Other than that, it's a great piece of software.

Still no resolution or even a response on this ?

So is this the image that is the actual avatar ?

http://woopra.com/_servers/chat_preview.png

Anyway I quintuple all of the points mentioned above.
Until this gets some attention, it is useless as I have
never, ever gotten anyone to respond or initiate a chat
back. It needs to be more obvious that it is a real person
and what to do.

From original post" "The popularity of Woopra is growing at a faster rate than just about any other service I've seen on the Internet. ....At times, we are also getting hundreds of signups per hour."

How can you take so long to moderate sites then if your new service is so popular?
Surely this will just put people off coming back once you are up and running correctly?

athein, I have tried that MANY times and it has never worked for me. Also, how exactly are you "changing" your time zone settings?? Mine are set to the correct time zone, so I move it to a new one, back to the correct one and click save, but like I said, it doesn't work. It would be NICE to hear of a possible solution to this from a Woopra developer as it seems to be hitting so many people!

This still seems to be a current bug - it's very annoying as it is a powerful feature that works well in the live view. I'd love to be able to tag people who have contacted me through my contact form as well as through comments, but frequently they have already left the site before I get the chance.

The windows desktop client connects only one of my two sites using Woopra. Would be really nice to know if this is indeed due to maintenance. My wordpress plugin seems to be able to read stats for this site though, so it's a bit weird the desktop client does not pick it up.

Any info on when things will be working again?

still waiting for pending approval and we are a business site and wonder how long it would take to get approved and use it and see what it really does.
