<description>&#60;p&#62;The recent update to AVG anti-virus, V8, has this new feature called 'link scanner' which follows all links in all serps and checks whether websites are safe or not.  I have read some reports that this feature is gobbling up bandwidth and skewing server stats.  Are the Woopra stats affected by this? I ask because I have seen a marked increase in 'visitor' stats in the last couple of weeks in Woopra but my Google Analytics stats have consistently reported about 10 - 15% less visitors than Woopra.....
