I initiated a chat to her, and she said it popped up and she was using it, but although I sent two messages to her that she saw, I never saw any of her replies in my chat window.</p> <p>Before that, I also initiated a chat with a random visitor, but also never got a reply despite sending several messages. I have no idea in this case if the user ignored or closed the chat.</p> <p>I just used IE on my laptop to connect to my site (not logged in to WordPress) and was able to initiate a chat a chat successfully, so obviously it's working some of the time. But one out of three is a bad average, especially when two were known and should have worked! Any known issues? </p>
