I'm having trouble with Google's Chrome and Apples Safari Co-workers will click accept and then see "Connecting" and then after a bit it says "Could not connect". Are you having Server issues?

Question: Can I brand that chat window?

I just got an approved account (it is 9-5-08 today) and my chat doesn't work also.

The thread says it was posted 4 months ago. Is the new client out and chat should be working now? or is this the same problem.

Thanks

Chat needs some work. Elie is working it.

According to the stats in Woopra, the person who was having connection issues has the following statistics attached to them, I've removed a few which I don't think relate to the post.

Date: Sun, 4 May 08
Country: United States
Browser: Firefox 2
Platform: Windows XP
Language: English

I tried doing the chat with a few other people last night and had the same problem while at the same time, the chat worked fine for one other individual.

I just tested it on my blog and it's working perfectly. Can you give us any more information like the Web browsers involved, etc?

So, I've sent a couple of chat requests to people who have visited my website and they have reported seeing the notification. They click accept and then see "Connecting" and then after a bit it says "Could not connect". Is the chat feature this flaky for anyone else?
