A lot of people have been talking about this feature with suggestions on improving the chat box. All are being taken under advisement and Woopra will soon offer customization with names and images and such. We've been working hard the past month totally rewriting the server code to make Woopra faster and more efficient than every, and cleaning up many of the major analytic features - so stay tuned for more. This is what beta development is all about.

Thanks!

styling or branding the chat window would be cool maybe a screen in our woopra accounts where we could select colors for background and text, links and upload a logo?

Hello,

As you might have seen the box which appears on visitors browser, once administrator clicks "Start conversation with this visitor" is all white and its almost impossible to see the text in the little box.

Is it possible to re-style or colourize that little box which appears on visitors browser, so they can read/see it?

Thanks

I loove woopra btw
