If you're using the Word Press plugin you may have to uninstall it and manually put the code in your footer. I've never been able to get the code to work with the plugin. I know others on Word Press who had the plugin working but then they suddenly stopped getting stats. When they uninstalled the plugin, manually installed the code on their site, the stats returned.

Hi,

Till yesterday woopra stats & Data were working fine. suddently today it stopped. As far as the last two line (/....woopra.js..../) was concern i've already added when i've setup my site (http://www.IPsupermarket.com)

Kindly let me know what could be the reason to stop the stats / analytics

Hi,

I have had issues as well. I've tried everything - used the wordpress plugin, changed the code several times and still nothing. When I e-mailed, I was told that I should be seeing data immediately, so my latest attempt (using the solution proposed above) seems to not have registered.

The only other thing I can think of is that it clashes with other scripts, like Google anaytics? Please let me know what I am doing wrong - http://liako.biz

Yes thats exactly what I noticed I forgot to mention that when I added my details it never asked me for the ID number. I guess I must of assumed it knew it from my ID etc

Could this be the problem. I would really like to get this going the UI looks excellent!

Hi I recently got approved on a site and promptly installed the information at the bottom of my page.

After watching the woopra program for ages I didn't see any stats even though my other live chat software showed that users were on the site.

Any ideas why I have not been seeing any stats. It has been exactly a week since I installed the site etc.

Kind regards

Matthew
