Jad -

I was just about to write you... the three "live" visitors all have the time icon next to them... so maybe they have my page up for some reason. It is just odd because one of them has been "active" for 24 hours...

Thanks!

Jad Y-

You rock! Here's what I did... I took out all of the Woopra code and deleted the plugin.

I then reinstalled the Wordpress Woopra plugin and now things look MUCH better. I even tested myself and it's working and showing the right stats.

However, I still show 2 people "live" that have been on for 9 hours... and I know that can't be correct. Do you know what's causing that issue?

THANKS!

jeffmccord,
1- your installation is messed up, woopra code appears twice. This issue was reported with non-standard wp installations.
2- about the different posts issue, the new woopra installation will merge pages, i.e. http://www.jeffmccord.org/?p=1 and http://www.jeffmccord.org/?p=2 will be considered the same page. This is because the pages section in the analytics were becoming very fragmented. Of course, many wp installations use a static url notation for posts, which means they will work just fine. Unfortunately your installation isn't one of those. To fix this problem, we will soon release an updated version of the plugin (4-5 days) that will allow you to specify the relevant parameters in your URL notation. In your case it is the "p" paramter.(http://www.jeffmccord.org/?p=thepost )

pmk -

Can you check my site again (http://www.jeffmccord.org)

I deactivated the plugin and put the js code in my footer file...

So, technically, it should be on my main page as well as any posts page, correct?

Does it still look messed up?

Jeff

Nah, I just checked your page, the code seem to be in all your pages :)

Try make 2 blank html page with your woopra script in it. Make sure you have both html files in your root/same domain as this one. Then try access both html pages, and see if your woopra application tracks that

Maybe you havn't paste the code in the correct file (if you installed it manually).

You need to paste the code in a file which appears in all your pages. Thats usually "footer" or "index" file :)

I just tested Woopra, and my Woopra is messed up! PLEASE HELP! I just went to my blog and clicked on four different posts.

In the live panel, it just showed me on ONE post... several different actions, but one post when in fact I went to four different ones!

So is my code messed up? I've tried de-activating the Woopra Wordpress plugin and installing manually the code to my footer, but that doesn't help (how long does it take for me to see immediate results?)

So I re-activated my plugin and I'm showing Live users, but they are all on the same blog post and I know that two of us should be on different posts than what Woopra is showing!

Help!!! I can email you a pic if necessary!
