<description>&#60;p&#62;That is a little confusing, true, but not really a bug. When the map is so small that the cross-hairs overlap the country that your mouse is hovering above, it will show you the country and the city.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If you make the map full screen you will see that this is the case. While it is a bit confusing, once I figured that out it became very useful to view hit locations from the map on the fly, without going full screen. ^_^
