I would think "Live Search" is the name going forward as far as combined marketing goes, but who knows for sure.

It's possible to combine them! but I would love to know which is more popular: MSN.com or Live.com?

Xor,

That makes sense. Considering Woopra would know they are the same service, would it make sense to combine into the same search engine for analytic results?

I just think that just depends on what page the user actually came from. Whether it be http://www.live.com or http://www.msn.com, we know that they are both literally the same thing. However to analytic programs, they track the exact site in which that search originated from.

I noticed today that in my Search analytics, I now have 2 entries for MS's Live Search:

MS Live.com
MSN

MS Live.com has the most, with only a few MSN.

What determines if it is MS Live.com or MSN? Are they not the same thing now?

Thanks,
Jef
