I understand it only displays 1000 downloads but I noticed all my top downloads have disappeared all of a sudden, leaving just some of the files that were downloaded just a few times. I had several hundred files that showed downloaded more than 20 times each but now it only show 1000 of the files that were downloaded 5 or less times.</p> <p>Are the download records permanent? </p>
