As marblehead said, starting over works. Delete and redownload. I'm up and running on an old PowerBook! Woopra is fantastic.

Same problem for me. I was happy to be able to run Woopra on my MPB instead of on my husband's MBP

I had the same issue but re-installing worked for me. @Jad Y: Your fix won't work due to the fact that we aren't running Vista we're running OSX. As far as I know there is no equivalent to run as Administrator in OSX outside of $sudo in the terminal which I haven't been able to get to work with Woopra. Please provide a way for Woopra to do automatic updates on the Mac there are ways for the program to request Administrator privileges. Thanks, Blake

Run the installer as admin. In vista, right click-> Run as administrator.

I'm having this same problem. When I go to the downloads area, there is nothing new to install. I was approved last week, and I am not collecting any data. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
