Same thing happening to me.
It showed a lot more visitors starting the day, wich is unusually high for my site. Then checked visitors "hourly" and discovered it showed already 3 hours forward - I did set my zone correctly in my profile, so I don't kwnow what's wrong and how is this affecting my stats as a whole.

Yes, I noticed something similar too but I am not too sure if the day started on the time I installed it. I did however noticed that the day did not start at 12am.

Yes - I did set the timezone for my website. And it's taking that into account when logging the times of my visitors in the Search panel (although there it is doing some weird "-237 minutes ago" descriptions on several of the visitors, but that's another issue.)

So, I can see that it is taking into account the TimeZone preference I set up here.

EXCEPT for when my day starts (for counting Today Visits) and for marking the times in my Dashboard under My Searches. There it seems to be based on when I started tracking my stats with Woopra -- at least as far as I can tell...

Have you set the timezone for your website under Members Area -> My Websites. Next to the approved website, there is a timezone. It should be set relative to UTC. Please see details in Lorelle's post.

...and not as of 12AM which is what I would want it to do. It does take into account the TimeZone setting I set up here for my Visitors, so they seem to have the correct time (when I'm not getting some weird -537 minutes ago label, that is.) But for the time I see under My Searches and the number for Today Visits, it seems to be based off of when I installed Woopra at around 11:00 A.M. -- 11 hours later than when I would like.

Other than that, so far it's a cool app. :-)
