I've had trouble with the Woopra desktop client. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, still with the same results.

When I try to login with this username and password, the client tells me that the servers are down for maintenance. This has happened from behind our network firewall, and from a home computer that has only Zone Alarm. The home firewall is configured to allow Woopra access. So is the network firewall.

When I use a the username and password for my non-business related sites, I can access them fine with the client at home, but at the office it just hangs on "loading websites".

Does anyone have this problem or know of a solution to this issue? I cannot get the client to work with this username and password at all, but can login to this site with it.
