Guess I have the same issue. I thought subdomains were treated as part of the main domain. Now I'll be waiting to get the subdomain approved...

Woopra currently treats subdomains as separate "administrative" domains. Thus, eastcoast.railsaver.co.uk is a different admin domain than firstgreatwestern.railsaver.co.uk. We would have to setup resources to track each of these domains separately until we redesign this feature. In the meantime, we cannot approve all that you have submitted. Please provide 2 to 3 subdomains and we will approve them.

Hi

I gather from other posts that you need a seperate code for each sub-domain.

My situation is that I use the sub-domain as a sub-directory as well (eg: http://www.railsaver.co.uk/gner/ is the same as http://www.gner.railsaver.co.uk).

Traffic tracking to the sub-directory version is perfect however none of the sub-domain traffic is recorded.

Mu question is:- If I register each of my sub-domains would I then have to place both versions of the script on each page (ie: my default domain script as well as the sub-domain script) in order to track both sub-domain as well as sub-directory traffic or would this result in incorrect stats.

Many thanks and most of all Woopra is the best thing since sliced bread so far as I am concerned - well done!

Paul
