I have the same problem:

http://www.woopra.com/forums/topic/woopra-not-working-on-other-blogs

iamvi suggested in her response that entry through subpages should be tracked all within the same domain (you can't track two different blogs separately in two sub pages on the same domain.

But, so far, its still not working for me even though I think I set it up as woopra intended.

I have a website with 3 blogs on it that I would like to track individually. Each of them has their own folder which is also a subdomain.
I have added the subdomains so now if someone enters the blog via say http://www.marketing.halinagold.net they are being tracked.
If however they enter via http://www.halinagold.net/marketing they are not being tracked.
For the latter I'd need to use the http://www.halinagold.net tracking code, but then I cannot differentiate between the various blogs.
Is there any workaround for that?

Thanks
