We'll be updating this as more information becomes available. Woopra has been totally rewritten from the ground up, including the server code. The server code for the release candidate is now faster, leaner, and more sophisticated than ever, and users will see a huge improvement. The interface has changed dramatically and there are a ton of new features and functionality. We need all buttons clicked and features tested and your input helps us make Woopra better. The majority of the issues listed do not apply to everyone using the Release Candidate. The more specific you can be with reporting on your OS, Java version, site platform, etc., the more useful your feedback will be. NOTE: We ask that you provide feedback on the forum threads covering the latest release version to help us focus on the issues directly related to that release. Please do not tweet them. Thank you. Woopra Installation Guide: We are working hard to update the Woopra Installation Guide [ <a href="http://www.woopra.com/installation-guide/" rel="nofollow">http://www.woopra.com/installation-guide/</a> ] with tips and links to specific blog and website platforms for installing Woopra. We're also adding third-party scripts, plugins, modules, and add-ons for installing Woopra. Please let us know if you have helpful information on installing Woopra. Which Version of Woopra: There are now two core versions of Woopra, the desktop client and the web application (My Websites > View Stats). If you are having trouble with the desktop application and need to check the stats, please use the web version. The web version will also be undergoing changes as we move towards the final release. When reporting issues, please be specific as to which version of Woopra you are reporting on. Approvals and Confirmations: Woopra approvals are now closed until the next release of Woopra. We have almost 90,000 sites testing Woopra and we need to put all of our focus on servicing those members and getting Woopra into the next phase. When approvals reopen, those waiting will be approved randomly. Random means random. It could be months or minutes. Server Maintenance/No Stats: As part of the development of the next version of Woopra, we are making changes and improvements to the servers and server code. There will be times when Woopra's live data shows no stats or Woopra will not connect. We are working hard to make Woopra faster and better than ever, so thanks for your patience as we grow. Not Connecting/No Data: A few Woopra members are reporting connectivity issues and finding panels with no data. We are trying to support Woopra 1.2 and the new version of Woopra and changes in the server codes are conflicting for some users' systems, causing some connectivity issues. Most are not experiencing difficulties. A little patience is appreciated as we support both versions of Woopra. Lost Data: During major server updates, live data and some statistical information may be not visible or report zero. Please be patient as the server will update and should fill in those blanks within the Analytics and Search area in a short time. If you do not see the data update within a reasonable length of time, close the Woopra client and restart it. Time Zones: As we make the server changes, there are some problems with time zones. When the full release is out, this issue should be resolved. Live Chat: The Live Chat feature has been completely changed. We're still working on testing it, so your feedback is very important as we test it across a variety of systems.
