Wow, it's really boring when Woopra can't be trusted, I don't know what to do when I'm not creating new content for my site :p

It's time to get a life :D

I'm starting to notice as well that visitors appear to be getting stuck in the Woopra system. I also noticed that my history of how many times I've visited my site reset to 0. I've noticed that the user tagging still appears to be in tact, but Woopra and the stats it is generating appear to be really flaky right now

Let's hope this get fixed soon, I really love Woopra and no other analytics-app can replace it for me, but right now I'm glad I use Google Analytics to.

Let me correct my last post. Woopra IS showing the visitors...perhaps it is more responsive than the other programs (when a visitor leaves our site, Woopra removes the visitor from "Live" faster than the other programs!).

However, the problem is that the visitor does not then show up in the "Search"...or if it does, I can't tell because the "Search" listing is messed up.--the bottom 1/2 of the "Search" list has the proper time on the left side under "today." However, the top 1/2 of the "Search" list has instead of the time, anywhere from "59 minutes ago" to '-167 minutes ago.) If you're confused, so am I, but this is what my screen is showing.

I hate to appear ungrateful, but this upgrade is a major step backwards for me. I really do appreciate your effort, but almost nothing is working correctly in the update and the errors such as the problem with timezones that were to be fixed in the update are still not fixed.

I use 3 other analytics programs and all 3 are showing visitors that Woopra is not (this did not happen in the previous version).

After updating Woopra this evening everything went wrong, I think its easier to guess how many has visited your site lately and what pages they came from, visited etc...

The timestamps are wrong, referrer pages are wrong, pages visited now are wrong, when people visit my site they hang in the system - looks like they're there for hours (I wish it was true, but it's not),the userID started at 0 - every stats I had is now lost, it's really confusing to look at the stats after the update...

When will this be fixed?

I may sound a little grumpy, but I don't mean to, it's just so confusing and annoying :)
