Hey all, since my Woopra just updated, I am showing approximately 4x the current visitors on my sites than before! I wish this were the case in real life, but unfortunately it's not.
After the update, the live visitors count has become more accurate because not it tells you who's on your site even if they stay idle for days. Before we used to release the visitor if he/she doesn't commit an action in 5 minutes.
We will be working more on this feature (a button to hide idle users for example).
