  Hi. Woopra is not capturing data in the live version from my desktop. I can see visitors when they're on the site, but as soon as they leave, their information is gone as well. Any suggestions?

  Tricia, if you go to the search page, leave all fields blank then click on Search you get a history of anyone that visited.
