Analytics not loading

    Analysis and stats have not loaded in my members area.

    Add me to the list. Whoopra shut down on me three days ago. The interesting thing is the dashboard still shows people on the site, what they are doing where they are from etc, but the analytics is just not tracking them.

    BTW this results in a division by zero error code in the word press plug-in which I installed yesterday. The problem started before the plug-in, but I have uninstalled a reinstalled and still show zero.

    My other trackers are showing 10,000 hits a day for the last two days, so something is badly amiss.

    @ oldguide, check out the 1.2.1 version here on the forums for that fix. Right now sites are only tracked to 10k hits per day max during the beta period.

    @ Mark M & Cypresso: Are we talking the members area here on Woopra or the Woopra Application itself?

    The members area stats and the WP stats are a total bomb. The desktop application has been dead for five days. Curiously, yesterday, for a few hours i had stats, then today I turn on woopra and yesterday's stats are gone and nothing for today.

    I hate to go through another WP install. It took two hours on the last one and I just don't have the time right now. If 1.2.1 requires all the tweaks 1.2 did it is not worth it. In fact I have deactivated the 1.2 plug in.

    No analytic s either. my dashboard on my wordpress sites list nothing at all. I have hits and other counter stats but Woopra though showing hits shows nothing else at all. And nothing in the Wp dash area.

    I have the 1.3 version.

    My members area statistics are not loading, and my client is only loading one of my sites.
    The site it is not loading has a null in it's API field, I don't know if that has anything to do with it?

    Wordpress 1.3 plugin is not loading data either.

    Same results here. Traffic is evident, but no records are being kept. I have zero zero zero for days now.

    Nothing either. Installed a few days ago and the other stats program is showing fine - Woopra however isn't.
