When i log into to my woopra account my API Key for my website says null. I need the api key for the wordpress plugin. Any ideas

Ditto. My Woopra worked fine - wasn't using the plugin, just had the code in my html, and now one site has gone missing from console, and the other 5 aren't tracking at all.

Same here - one of my two sites is fine, but unfortunately the main one is not being picked up anymore by Woopra.

reply I am glad I am not the only one having this problem. I just came back from vacation and 7 of my 12 sites all have null api.

same is true for me, 3 sites, 2 are api key = null, any reason + solution for this ?

It seems, that using the wordpress plugin on the two websites did somehow make die API key dissapear (on woopra.com/members).

Since than, both sites are not listed any longer in the woopra client.
Who is able to explain this behavior, it's obviously a bug. How to get the statistics back working ?

My site is back - but it looks like no data was collected while it was gone for most of the day. :(

Thanks to all for their reports. We're looking into this, but it was probably due to a server issue, which we've warned you about as we tweak the server files to improve Woopra. It hasn't impacted everyone, so we're tracing your reports. We'll have news soon.

The first problem was postet here 4 days ago.
Now i also have the same problem. Only one of 4 sites has the API-Key. For 3 site it is 0 :-(

1 out of 5 has NULL Key - main site.

only using desktop client.

any resolution?
