I just started using Woopra today, and I figured that a good place to start would be to tag myself. So I visited my blog from home, and then from work, and I can easily identify those visits by going to Search and "show recent visits." I was able to rename Visitor #3 to be "me (work)." I want to rename Visitor #1 to be "me (home)" and Woopra lets me rename the visitor, but when I click away to do anything else, when I come back the name has reverted to "Visitor #1." Any ideas? Is Visitor #1 somehow sacred, and cannot be renamed?

Okay, in case anyone else is having this problem, I think I figured out the solution... so here's my voodoo explanation. I found that if I tag a visitor and then filter, or click to somewhere else, my tag is not saved. But if I tag a visitor and then don't touch anything for a while, Woopra saves my tag. I don't know how long the time interval has to be. I waited like 10 minutes. Hopefully that's longer than necessary.

I have the same problem. And the same solution. Waiting seems to help the tag "stick". :)

Same problem here! But it only happens in "search" - it does not happen in "live" (takes the tag immediately and holds).
