cannot tag visitors

I assign a tag to a visitor, but none of them are saved except the ones woopra assigns on its own.. why and how do I change it?

example: I tag a visitor, then do another search for recent visitors and the IP is no longer tagged

Same problem here...for the last 3 days or so. Worked before then!
