Can't input username or password

I installed Woopra Desktop on my Mac Mini and MacBook but I can't type my username and password.
It is strange because if I press Tab the focus changes from one input box to the other but when I type my username or password nothing appears in the input box.

The same problem is happening in both computers.

i have the same issue. CMD+C and CMD+V works and this is how I got in, but the chat doesn't work because of this and the filters also do not work.
