Some websites require case-sensitive URLs to load correctly. Example, index.php?dir=Courses

But in the Live panel of Woopra, when a visitor goes to index.php?dir=Courses, Woopra writes it in lower case: index.php?dir=courses (with small 'c') under Navigation Path.

So now if I click on the link it will take me index.php?dir=courses which will not lad the correct page

I know this is a limitation/feature of the unix variants, but can you set the web server to be case insensitive for urls?

It seems a big issue to me that if someone types in a URL, they could get a different (or no) response based on the case of the filename.

Perhaps Woopra is logging data all in lowercase?

I believe this is a problem for me as well. I have two blogs I am tracking:

    http://ITHINKMINING.blog.infomine.com
    http://barkerletter.blog.infomine.com

The second blog is happy and being track by Woopra. The first one, not so much. No data to date.

    Great product otherwise.

I am also having a problem being able to click on my case sensitive links from within Live. Links are shown as lower case even though the real url has an uppercase characters.

Same problem here! If you don't have caps in your url's, you don't realize how significant this problem is. I sure hope it can be fixed.
