Chat colors, css problem?

I have problems with the colors of the woopra chat on my site. Trying in ff3 and ie7 the text "webmaster: xxx" is white on a white background. On mouseover it changes to another color and becomes visible.

same here as well ... all shows white unless you mouse over it, then the text shows up orange.

The problem occured because of a missing background image.
