Chat did not work with known user

    I asked my wife (newest Firefox version) to browse to my site with the new Woopra code on it, from work just now. I initiated a chat to her, and she said it popped up and she was using it, but although I sent two messages to her that she saw, I never saw any of her replies in my chat window.

    Before that, I also initiated a chat with a random visitor, but also never got a reply despite sending several messages. I have no idea in this case if the user ignored or closed the chat.

    I just used IE on my laptop to connect to my site (not logged in to WordPress) and was able to initiate a chat a chat successfully, so obviously it's working some of the time. But one out of three is a bad average, especially when two were known and should have worked! Any known issues?

    Would be cool to provide feedback about chat initiation.
    1) Chat request received (tracking the rendering of the chat window)
    2) Chat window closed by visitor
    3) Chat window timed out (maybe with a counter)

    Chat needs some work. Elie is working on it. Other issues that were reported on this forum re: chat.
