The following features should be added to chat
- Customization by CSS (So I can match colors to my website)
- Customization of Title (Woopra Chat turns to Mindstate Distribution Support)
- Customers can click "Get Live Support"
- Multiple "seats" available (I can give client to 10 people and 10 people can assist customers)
- Avatar (currently a white box shows up .. being able to upload a picture for that would be cool)
- Something that says "Click here to begin chatting" - as it stands, looking at the chat it doesnt look like you can reply - its up to the visitor to know to click on the text (or me to say Click Here to start chatting)
Overall very cool!
