Chat functionality not working!

Hello,

I installed woopra by adding script tag in my page, i am getting real-time analytics, but if I select some visitor and try to chat with him/her They dont get the chat popup!

Is there some special installation needed to be done in order for chat to work?

No, but check with them to ensure popups aren't restricted, javascript is enabled, ad-blocking programs are inactive, and that they are paying attention. We've had a few people think they were ads and closed them without thinking. We're working on improving the look and function, so stay tuned for more.

Please let us know if any of these things are getting in the way of the chat and we'll look into this. Thanks!
