chat not submitting everything

Hello,

There seems to be a problem with some special chars, especially german umlaut (öäüß) and with the euro sign. Messages containing trouble letters, are simply dropped :(

Maybe caused by the first issue, the client chat window is not sending all messages to the "webmaster" (would be nice to make that changeable).

I have found too that chat does not send messages that have cyrillic characters. For example: "Здравейте!" (which means: Hello!)

polish special letters works when user is typing, but when webmaster is typing the message creates javacript script error on client-side. So user doesn't see it.
