Chat Session Not Connecting

    So, I've sent a couple of chat requests to people who have visited my website and they have reported seeing the notification. They click accept and then see "Connecting" and then after a bit it says "Could not connect". Is the chat feature this flaky for anyone else?

  • I just tested it on my blog and it's working perfectly. Can you give us any more information like the Web browsers involved, etc?

    According to the stats in Woopra, the person who was having connection issues has the following statistics attached to them, I've removed a few which I don't think relate to the post.

    Date: Sun, 4 May 08
    Country: United States
    Browser: Firefox 2
    Platform: Windows XP
    Language: English

    I tried doing the chat with a few other people last night and had the same problem while at the same time, the chat worked fine for one other individual.
