When attempting to chat from the woopra console to a visitor the chat window doesn't appear correctly. I am using the wordpress plugin with WP 2.3.3. The theme is a slightly modified version of "fallseason".

    The site URL is http://www.handyguyspodcast.com

    The theme URL is http://wpthemepark.com/themes/fallseason

Screen shot of the issue is here

Wow, that is an interesting problem, looks like the chat window is not automatically being focused when it appears. Maybe this is something they will work on when they revamp the chat feature.

Maybe. Anyone have any sense of the reaction? Do people get freaked out if they get a popup asking to chat?

I'm running in to the same problem with Wordpress. I have a custom theme. You can see a picture at: http://bogomip.net/images/woopra-chat.png

I thought it was a z-index issue with my CSS code. I have a #content div and a #sidebar div, and #sidebar has a z-index of 1. I set #content to z-index: -2 and #sidebar: -1 thinking that the new chat window would come up above that, but it didn't make a difference. Any ideas?

I'm having a Similar problem, the chat window will not display "above" a flash component. Not sure how this problem can be solved but I thought I would mention it. I have a flash menu at the bottom of my page and the chat window is barely visible behind the flash.
