hi, I am just testing woopra - and it works fine...very nice!
But I just search for a "click to chat" door-bell. I think some users are shocked, if (never asked for a conversation) somebody starts to chat ;-)). But it would be cool to ring with a button, make a question and getting live answers...faster and easier than mail

PS: are there other languages possible (instead of "Webmaster said:") ....german, french etc

It would be great. Another good feature would be to customize the notification "webmaster said" with a CSS, and the chat pop-up too !
Right now it it dos not accord to the website style, and it looks like and ad...
