Click To Chat Profile Setup?

I was just testing click to chat and I noticed that the pop up box has a white square in it. I assume that this square is to be replaced with an image? Either a generic image of an operator, or the option of an image of the person requesting the chat. Am I right here? and if so, where does one go to upload/input the image?

I was wondering exactly the same thing. I've had a look around and can't seem to find anywhere to upload an image which would replace the default white box but am yet to find anything. Would I be right in assuming that there will be an avatar upload function in the profile area in future which will replace the white box, or something similar?
