Hi all is CLick To Chat avaialable yet Im dying to use it, ive not seen any further discussion on the feature for a while, maybe Ive looked in the wrong place though. Its the one feature that will make a huge difference to our website.
The chats initiated be me are often ignored or outright annoy people as they think its spam or worse a virus. It would help it they were easy to customise so it was clear it was from me website. ALso most new web browsers seem to block the initiation by default as do most antivirus / anti popup software commonly used so the user never see it.
