"Connection closed" when the visitor initialize the chat

Hello, I use this function to give give the visitor the possibility to initialize the chat : "_InitChat()".

However, the visitor can see the pop up windows, but they can't connect with me. In fact everytime the message "connection closed" appears on the chat window. Can anyone help me please? Thanks.
