Should the dashboard not update automatically?

Or is there a manual way of updating the dashboard data?

Currently it only updates if I restart the Woopra desktop.

    Thanks for any advice...

  • I also, just had to restart the client to get the Visits and Pageviews to update with 1.2 RC2

I also seem to have the same behavior. I have to sign off and back on to get the dashboard to update. 1.2 RC2 here also.

Sorry, can't edit my last post. But I am using the Linux version if that helps.

I don't know if this helps but it was true for the previous version too, 1.1.2.2 (Win) I think it was that I had.

Mine is not updating at all. I am running 1.2 RC2 on WinXP and I have manually placed the Java script at the bottoms of all of my pages before the </body> tag on both of my sites. Does it make a difference if it is in the CSS? When I browse t the page and check the source, the script shows up and my client is connecting. I get no data in the client nor on the woopra members page.

I realise this is in beta and therefore expect little to no assistance, but if anyone out there can guide me, I would appreciate it. I get no data in my Woopra client nor on the Web interface. I have placed the script code just before the </body> tag in the CSS for http://polymathink.com, and it shows when I browse to the site and view the source. On http://encyclodigita.com, I have placed the correct script directly on the pages before the </body> tag as I am not using CSS on that site.

The polymathink.com site is running ASP and the encyclodigita.com site is straight HTML. Both are on IIS servers.

    What am I doing wrong?

  • polymathink, you don't have all the code for Woopra. You're missing the last line of the code. Please go back to the "My Websites" area and click on code next to your domain name. Scroll down in the window. You should see it there.
