Dedicated Customer Support Email

    Hey,

    To help cut through the general emails and help those of us with activated websites get support and communicate easier with you guys... I think it would help if there was an email address or form to use that we could use. That way you wouldn't have to sift through everything to get to actual support issues.

  • At the same time, the best way for us to work though issues is going to continue to be via the Forums. There are such an overwhelming number of users sending e-mails that we can't possibly process them all. At least on the forums we can quickly see the severity of an issue and respond to everyone at once.

    The main thing here is to try to be as efficient as possible so that we can keep the service free or extremely low cost. If we have to start employing people to answer e-mails, we're losing. :-)
